TÓM TẮT
U đặc giả nhú hiếm gặp ở trẻ em. Chúng tôi giới thiệu một trường hợp trẻ gái 7 tuổi với biểu hiện lâm sàng đau bụng không liên tục sau khi ăn không kèm theo nôn từ nửa năm nay. Siêu âm và chụp CLVT ổ bụng phát hiện khối u vùng thượng vị kích thước 6,5x6,8x7cm. Bệnh nhân được phẫu thuật cắt bỏ hoàn toàn khối u. Chẩn đoán xác định dựa vào kết quả GPB.
