Abstract

Paste leather cover plate (Bolus) in radiation therapy for breast cancer patients has been widely applied in the world and
Vietnam. The question arises team: When selecting techniques make skin (paste Bolus)? When choosing technical routine (not
paste Bolus)? Thickness of the chest wall of the patient that affect the choice of methods/ techniques of treatment or not?
Limited dose of healthy organs are evaluated based on what basis? Stemming from the above issues, we conducted a survey
research survey chest wall thickness of breast cancer patients have surgery to choose the method of treatment planning
optimization.
