Tóm tắt: Sinh thiết xuyên thành ngực dưới hướng dẫn của siêu âm được chỉ định với khối tổn thương phổi hoặc trung thất nằm ở ngoại vi tiếp giáp với bề mặt thành ngực – màng phổi và các tổn thương tại màng phổi. Trong một số ít trường hợp, việc sinh thiết dưới hướng dẫn siêu âm không hề dễ: Chúng tôi xin trình bày 1 ca bệnh mà khối u ở phía trước xương vai.
