Bệnh Castleman hay bệnh hạch tăng sản nang lympho-mạch máu, lành tính, có 2 thể mạch máu hyalin hóa và thể tương bào, có thể đơn ổ hay đa ổ. Bệnh thường được phát hiện bởi các phương tiện chẩn đoán hình ảnh, nhưng khó chẩn đoán chính xác trước mổ và dễ nhầm với bệnh lý ác tính. Nhân 5 trường hợp bệnh Castleman vùng bụng, đơn ổ thể mạch máu hyalin hóa, được phẫu thuật tại Bệnh viện Nhi đồng 1, chúng tôi hồi cứu đặc điểm siêu âm và tham khảo y văn
