partial anomalous pulmonary venous return, anatomical variation of the right internal thoracic artery.
Main Article Content
Abstract
We report a case of 56 years old female patient with partial anomalous pulmonary venous return to the inferior vena cava (IVC), associated with anatomical variation of the right internal thoracic artery giving branches to the right lung’s lower lobe and posterior interventricular septum; diagnosed by chest X-ray and chest multislice computed tomography with IV contrast media at Diagnostic Imaging Department, Danang Vinmec International Hospital. For its rarity, this case is reported and discussed about presence of relation between anatomical variation of the right internal thoracic artery and partial anomalous pulmonary venous return, then literature reviewed.
