Abstract
SUMMARY
Congenital hippocampal cyst. Case report. A young male patient has mild neurological manifestation, only puzzled sensation, swifly falling unconscious finding a cyst on MRI and be considered as congenital cyst. The author set up a differential diagnostic with another cyst in this area. The malformation is rare presenting
to 2 forms small multi- and single cyst, the mentioned image is belonging to the last form, though the clinical symptoms are diversified but the MR image is quite evident for diagnosis.
