Abstract
SUMMARY
A secondary postpartum hemorrhage may occur between 24 hours and 6 weeks after the birth. Secondary postpartum hemorrhage may be caused by endometritis, damage to an artery in caesarean, possible as a result of abscess from puerperal infection that causes damage to blood vessel. The urterine artery lesion is the most common, the internal pudental artery lesion is very rare. We report a case of a 36 year old patient, bleeding 12
