Abstract

Fusion imaging of ultrasonography with CT or MRI is the technique that creates hybrid images of two imaging
modalities and combines advantages of ultrasound such as dynamic real-time imaging with advantages of CT of
MRI such as high spatial and contrast resolution. The fusion imaging of ultrasound with other imaging modalities is a
recently developed technique of this decade and expected to establish new and useful application in clinical practice.
